Continental Airport Express is the premier ground transportation provider for O'Hare and Midway airport transfer/s. Shuttles depart from O'Hare and Midway airports every 10-15 minutes for downtown service to all Chicago hotels. Airport Express ticket counters for boarding the shuttle are located at the following airport locations:
O'Hare Airport pick up locations:

- Terminal Two (Continental, Northwest) by door 2D
- Terminal Three (American, Delta) by door 3E
- Terminal Five (Air France, Air Italy) by door 5D
Midway Airport pick up locations:
